We are trying to reproduce our experiments by setting the Random Number Seed. This however, does not work. Is this due
to multithreading or some other issue?

Hi! What kind of experiment are you running? Is it single replication regular simulation experiment?
Are you setting the seed to a specific value? Do you have any other random number generators in your model?
