Can you use a HashMap to map your strings to the shapeRectangle nodes of the network?

I have got a question to ask. I am creating a network based model and I cannot understand if it is possible to add
entity to a random node of the network. The "entry node" field only allows shapeRectangle type entries and I
would like to add some string record there. Could you give me a tip on how to solve my issue.
