AnyLogic 6 models
AnyLogic 6 models are standalone Java applications (or applets) and run on any Java-enabled platform or in any Java-enabled browser with the following version of JRE (Java Runtime Environment):

AnyLogic 6 Model development environment is Java and Eclipse based application and has been tested on the following platforms:
- Microsoft Windows Vista, x86-32
- Microsoft Windows XP, x86-32
- Apple Mac OS X 10.4.1 or later, Universal
- SuSE Open Linux 10.2 or later, x86-32
- Ubuntu Linux 7.04 or later, x86-32
AnyLogic 6 may also be installed on other platforms not included in this list (such as other Linux distributions), but we cannot guarantee its full platform compatibility.
Java 2 Standard Edition 5.0 or later is needed to run AnyLogic model development environment. JRE is included in AnyLogic installation package for Windows, but needs to be installed independently on other platforms (check which version of a JRE is needed for your platform at Eclipse website).
Hardware recommendations:
- AnyLogic 6 installation requires 250MB of free disk space.
- We recommennd to have 1GB of memory and modern processor for optimal performance.
- Mouse is typically preferrable to touchpad for graphical editing.
